Sushrut's Poha
- Wash poha and keep in colander
- salt
- sugar
- onion
- Coriander
- green chilli
- add poha
- tadka - mustard seed, peanut, curry leaves
- lemon
- garnish with coconut
For thin poha, no cooking needed. For thick poha, same process but cooked
