Base Ingredients
- 1 cups arborio rice
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth (add extra for more creaminess)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Β½ onion (diced)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- ΒΌ cup dry white wine (optional)

Step-by-Step Instructions
Risotto
- saute the onions translucent followed by garlic
- add the rice to onions and roast for 1-2 mins
- transfer the roasted rice with onions and garlic to the rice cooker
- add the chicken broth and cook with rice setting
- after the rice is cooked, mix to distribute hydration and then mix in the parmesan cheese
- add salt and pepper to taste
- serve with toppings and enjoy

- grill the chicken with seasoning as desired
- veggies like small tomatoes, pepper, etc can also be roasted and used as a toppings
