Ingredients
- 10 boiled eggs
- Masala items to blend in a mixer
- Grated coconut (Half coconut size)
- Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp (could be even lesser)
- Coriander Powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/3 tbsp
- Garam masala - 1/3 tbsp
- Onion - 2 (Indian size)
- Tomato - 1 (Indian size)
Procedure
- Saute cut onions and tomato
- Add the blended masala, required amount of water, and let it boil
- Once the raw smell goes, cut the boiled eggs into half and add to the simmering broth
- Add required salt
- Add coriander leaves for garnish
