  1. Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Whisk egg, milk, and 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix: Combine ground beef, egg mixture, breadcrumb mixture, and minced onion in a large bowl. Mix gently with hands until just combined.
  3. Shape: Form into a 4"x8"x2" loaf on a rimmed baking sheet.
  4. Glaze: Stir together ketchup, brown sugar, 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Spread over meatloaf.
  5. Bake: 50-55 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Rest 5-10 minutes before slicing

Goes great with mashed potatoes

Pro Tip: Use a baking sheet instead of loaf pan for better evaporation and texture
