Easy Croissants

- Mix 80-90ml warm water, 10g sugar, 8g dry yeast. Leave it for 5-10 mins
- to the yeast mixture, add 50ml warm milk, 4g salt, mix the ingredients
- In a separate bowl, take 250gm flour, add yeast mixture, and mix with hand
- Add 50g butter and knead the dough for around 8mins. Add extra dough based on consistency
- After kneading it soft, cover the dough with a wet cloth and let it sit in room temp for an hour
- Stack the layers of butter and dough
- Roll to form laminated sheet of dough
- Cut, roll, and bake
