Banana Bread

Ingredients

Bananas: 3
Egg: 1
All-purpose flour: 200g
Vegetable oil: 122g
Sugar: 120g
Vanilla extract: 5g (optional)
Baking soda: 5-6g
Cocoa Powder: 2-3 tbps
Walnuts: 70g (optional, can add almonds and seeds too)
Salt: 3g

Procedure

Mixing: Combine wet ingredients first (mashed bananas, egg, oil, vanilla), then fold in dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking soda, salt). Avoid overmixing.

Baking:
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45–70 minutes (start checking at 45 minutes with a toothpick)
