🛠️ How is this notebook made

I use Obsidian for building my Knowledge base system. This public notebook is built using the Obsidian Digital Garden plugin for publishing the subset of my notes to the web. Setting up the public notebook with the Digital Garden plugin might be a bit technical. You could use Obsidian Publish as an easier alternative if you can spend for their subscription.

My current stack comprises:

• Obsidian (along with several other plugins) for the content management
• Obsidian Digital Garden for publishing the notebook to the internet
• Reading Assistant - A custom tool that I built for summarising the books that I read for future quick reference

I have tried using Notion for notetaking but I think Obsidian is a lot more powerful. Thanks to the vibrant open-source community. It's really cool what open knowledge can achieve. I would highly recommend Obsidian to anyone who don't mind getting their hands dirty and appreciates more control/flexibility.

There's a very growing community of people building public notebooks and empowering others to do the same. I am sure if one can find options other than Obsidian if it feels too technical and unintuitive.
